Geoffrey Joined Juhudi in 2024 as Chief Finance officer- CFO. He joined from Letshego Kenya Ltd where he was the Chief Finance officer. Geoffrey has over 18 years experience having previously worked for Ecobank, Equity, Nation media, Orange and Total Kenya. His extensive experience in microfinance and banking provides him with good industry knowledge and experience while his energetic and passionate nature makes him a relationship builder at all levels. He holds a BCom (Accounting Option). He also holds an MBA (Finance Option), is a CPA (K) holder and a member of ICPAK.

Boniface joined Juhudi as the Chief Credit & Risk Officer in June 2015. He previously worked for Faulu Kenya and Opportunity International, Kenya. His experience spans over 18 years in areas of Business Development, Internal Audit, Operations and Risk Management. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor’s degree in Education – Mathematics & Business Studies from Kenyatta University and other postgraduate qualifications from the Institute of Commercial Management

Job joined Juhudi in 2009 and is the Chief Information Officer having previously worked in KDA, Swedish Co-operative Centre VI Agro Forestry and the Agricultural Development Corporation. He has over six year’s progressive experience in ICT with in-depth knowledge of Database and Network Administration. He has a Diploma in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology.

Nancy joined Juhudi in 2012 as the Chief Human Resources officer. Nancy is a seasoned HR Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She previously worked with one of the leading healthcare insurance company in Kenya, AAR. Nancy holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Catholic University of East Africa, a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Management from Strathmore University and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. She is a also Certified Professional Trainer.

Michael joined Juhudi in 2014 as Chief Accountant and later rose to the position of Chief Internal Auditor. He has 13 years of experience in both Risk and Financial Management having worked for Inoorero University as Internal Audit manager and subsequently as the Finance Manager. He also worked for Kenya Women Finance Trust (KWFT) as Internal Auditor. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has done CISA.
